The agent acts on your real Account Engagement / Salesforce org, using your own login. Actions it takes — including ones you approve — can create, update, or send real data. We are not responsible for any data changed as a result of using this preview.
Use a sandbox or non-production org where you can, and review each action before approving it.
Flag any agent action you think is wrong — the flag icon under a reply — and put as much detail in the note as you can. That’s the main way this gets better.
It isn’t public yet, so please keep access and screenshots within your team. We may change or end the preview at any time.
Your conversations and the pages the agent reads are stored so you can return to them and so we can debug what went wrong. They are sent to a third-party AI provider outside Australia to produce the replies. We don’t sell them, and we don’t train our own models on them — .
